Per diem tracking and prevention
Our ops team monitors last free day across every active container and coordinates chassis returns within free time. Containers approaching the per diem deadline are escalated 48 hours in advance.
Terminal appointment coordination
We coordinate terminal appointments with our Drayage Carrier partners as soon as containers show as available, coordinate with the receiving warehouse, and dispatch a driver with chassis to minimize port dwell time.
