Freight class verification
We verify dimensions, density, and NMFC code before tendering and include the correct freight class on the BOL. This reduces reclass disputes and unexpected invoice adjustments from carriers.
Terminal-direct routing
We select carriers with direct terminal-to-terminal service on your specific origin-destination pairs, reducing handling and transit time. On many lanes this can reduce transit by 1-2 days compared to indirect routing.
Accessorial management
All accessorial requirements — lift gate, inside delivery, sort-and-segregate, appointment delivery — are confirmed and quoted before pickup. Delivery requirements are captured at booking and included in the rate.
Expedited LTL options
For time-sensitive shipments, we provide same-day and next-day LTL options including sprinter van, exclusive-use, and expedited service. Quotes provided in 15 minutes.
Claims management
We manage the OS&D process end-to-end, including filing claims within 48 hours with documentation, coordinating with carriers on inspection reports, and pursuing full replacement value. Excess value coverage options are available at booking.
